Refund and Returns Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Curavista Arts.

At Curavista Arts, we aim to provide high-quality creative services and a clear project experience. Because our services involve customized creative work, refunds are handled according to the stage and circumstances of each project.

1. Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before creative work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the project agreement and any applicable payment-processing or administrative costs.

2. After Work Has Started

Once creative work has started, refunds may be limited because time and resources have already been committed to the project.

If substantial work has been completed, the payment may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Revision Opportunities

We encourage clients to use the revisions included in their selected package before requesting cancellation.

Our team will work with the client to address reasonable feedback within the agreed project scope.

4. Client Delays

Refunds may not be available when a project cannot be completed because the client fails to provide required information, materials, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable period.

5. Change of Mind

Refund requests based solely on a change of mind after customized creative work has started may not qualify for a refund.

6. Work Outside the Original Scope

Additional concepts, revisions, deliverables, or changes outside the original project scope may require additional payment and are not automatically included in the original package.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, the client should contact us as soon as possible. After verification, eligible duplicate payments may be refunded.

8. Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

9. Third-Party Fees

Payment processing fees or other non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment provider’s terms.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Curavista Arts with:

  • Your name

  • Order or project information

  • Payment details sufficient to identify the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed based on the project status, applicable agreement, and circumstances of the request.
