Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, creative direction, references, content, and other materials necessary to complete the work.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or unavailable client materials may affect the project timeline.
All project prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
A project may require payment before work begins. Payment terms may vary depending on the project scope and agreement between Curavista Arts and the client.
Services will generally begin after the required payment and project information have been received.
Each package may include a specific number of revisions as stated in the applicable service description.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to an existing concept or design. Completely new concepts, major changes in direction, or additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Estimated delivery times depend on the complexity and scope of the project.
Client response times, revision requests, additional requirements, and delays in receiving necessary information may affect the estimated completion date.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Curavista Arts retains ownership of original creative concepts, working files, unused concepts, and other materials that are not included in the final deliverables.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final deliverables according to the applicable project agreement.
Third-party fonts, stock assets, photographs, software, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Curavista Arts may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials to demonstrate its creative work.
Confidential or unreleased projects will not knowingly be publicly displayed before the agreed release date.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use any images, logos, text, trademarks, characters, photographs, or other materials they provide.
The client agrees not to provide materials that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
Clients may not use delivered artwork for unlawful activities or in ways that violate applicable intellectual property, privacy, or other laws.
Certain aspects of our services may involve third-party tools or platforms. Curavista Arts is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
A client may request cancellation before the project has started. Cancellation eligibility and any applicable refund will be determined according to our Refund Policy.
Once significant creative work has been completed, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.
Curavista Arts will make reasonable efforts to provide professional creative services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
